Today we will be talking about: where do {you} start with {your} passive income journey? I put those squiggly brackets there so you can replace “you” with “I.”

Clever, huh?

Though it might seem like a distant dream, beginning to build a passive income stream is actually doable. It simply requires some preparation and effort.

But the thing is, you have to start right now. There is no time for waiting around.

Here's a little-known fact: Creating passive income doesn't require inactivity. Initially, there is work to be done.

That’s called front-end work.

The secret is to choose a source that will continue to pay off after the initial investment has been made.

So with this heavy “front-end” work, you have to work extra hard in the beginning; however, you don’t have to work as much to keep the ball rolling.

Does that make sense? I hope it does.

Many people love real estate.

Why?

Well, even though it’s not a quick rich scheme, it’s a sure-fire way to become rich.

With real estate, you have to work really hard in the beginning, but once everything is settled, you only have to do a handful of work to manage the “upkeep”.

That’s considering you have set it up correctly so that you don’t have to manage the entire thing by yourself.

So with the term “front-end” out of the way: where do you actually start building your passive income stream(s)?

Well, start where you have the most knowledge.

If that doesn’t bode well for you, then I would try building passive income streams in the areas you're most passionate about.

Though it takes time, creating a passive income source is worthwhile.

It offers freedom to accomplish what you love on your own terms and financial security.

So why not begin right away?

Don't let your fear of the unknown stop you. Every expert started out as a novice, so keep in mind.

You have the capacity to create your own income stream.

Just believe in yourself, keep going, and never give up.

And who knows?

When you wake up one day, your salary might be helping you rather than hindering you.

You have to start and take that leap, or else you’ll be stuck in your situation for the rest of your life.
